Beware! Fake Danish Cookies

Watch for so called "The Original" Danish Butter Cookies on the shelves of your grocery store. Chinese cookie bakers seem to join the Buy Danish Goods, Support Freedom Of Expression campaign. They grabbed the stick by the wrong end though. Original Danish Cookies are made in Denmark, not in Asia.

Look at the content. Butter cookies are supposed to be made with real butter, not "butter flavouring". And what is it about Orange Yellow? Since when have Danish Cookies been contaminated with the synthetic food colorants?

One thing is not fake for sure - honest referral to geography. The cookie tin claims to be the Product of P. R. C. - People's Republic of China. Not of Denmark.
